We see architecture and design as vehicles for improving people's lives. No matter the scale of the project, we work hard to ensure each clients vision is kept firmly at the center of our work.
After more than a decade of running the Cape Town arm of an international architect firm, we saw how disconnected architectural services were for everyday people. It was with this idea in mind, that Smooth Design was born. Over the years, Annuscha our Chief Designer, has developed a reputation for delighting both clients and construction partners.
In addition to designing homes and workspaces, we are always looking for projects that have green aspects, facilitate interesting experiences and that focus on sustainable and creative structural solutions.

Situated in the heart of Cape Town CBD, we transformed a dilapidated clinic, into one of the city's most prestigious dining venues. Annuscha lead the architectural efforts and city submissions under limited time constraints to ensure a successful launch just in time for the festive season.
